Being a new business and working with Family and Kids Directory had truly given me a new aspect on advertising . There was no pressure to do it and the staff was truly amazing. They are one out of the few that make you feel like you have known them forever. Abilene needs more business like this that truly care about the people involved and not so much about getting your business. They are truly a blessing to Abilene and one I would highly recommend to anyone in the Big Country.

The Potters Hands Co. began advertising with us January 2007. The owner, Melissa Coelho, has received a great response. In fact, some was more than she planned. In this short time, she scheduled 4 school fundraisers, about 10 individual sessions and got lots of calls for birthday parties. The ad also got the attention of The Plaza in Buffalo Gap who contacted her about expanding her business. In May, they opened their new paint your own pottery style shop in Buffalo Gap.
Chick-fil-A, Mall of Abilene, almost brought their Tuesday night Kids' Eat Free to a screeching halt earlier this year. According to Wesley Smith, since they have been advertising in the Family and Kids' Directory, he has seen a growth in the number of meals served. He says that his sales increased 18% in April 2007 and he contributes part of that to the Tuesday night promotion. They are also one of our distribution spots and he mentions, "I see those moms reading that magazine."
Brigitt West is part of a new and growing business called Inspire Greatness. She e-mailed us to say, "I see your magazines everywhere!" Target distribution is what lead her to advertising with us.
Stephenee Miller, owner of Miller's Tumblebus, has had a great response from the directory. She reports she booked 4 birthday parties in the first month of advertising and received many other phone calls. She's staying with the Family and Kids' Directory because it is giving her great results.
